Perfect and private Westside apartment. This second floor unit sits above a garage and is full of light! One bedroom, one full bath. Very comfortable queen sized bed. The kitchen is open to the living area, great for entertaining a few guests. Full sized washer/dryer is located in the private single-car garage. The small deck off the living space includes a BBQ. And the location! Walk to the nearby restaurants, bars, breweries and the river trail! Separate from the main home.

overall the experience was great. i do have a few suggestions tho.
i would re seal around both doors (front) and balcony... lots of cold air blowing into the house especially in the winter. Also, i would remove the window AC unit during the winter because of cold air blowing in around the ill fitting unit.
The refrigerator is very very loud too. thankfully it goes into rest mode every so often.
Also, last but not least I cant fathom that the rent doubles for the summer months to over $3500/month... thats shocking.
