I rented Alstrup for a month so I could move to Bend prior to closing escrow on my house. The management staff was attentive and professional, and any issues I had were resolved immediately. The house is as advertised, fairly new, very clean, and has most everything you need. It's in a quiet, convenient area and I had no problems with any of the neighbors.

My only real complaint for this house is IT DOESN'T HAVE AIR CONDITIONING!!! Bend is hot in the summer, and my first night there was miserable! I bought a couple of fans and was able to make due, but if you are visiting Bend in the Summer, I would think twice about this place.
