  I understand we were the first renters following this house going into the rental pool, so please give this house the opportunity to improve over time. 504 Harriman is a charming older cottage an easy walk to south to Colorado retail and downtown Bend. Hwy 97 Road noise was NOT a problem, which was a concern we had going in. The old curch next door is actually a ski and bike shop (pretty cool). The Samsung Smart TV is great, though in an awkward place with a long cord hanging down the wall (be sure to log-out of your Amazon account before you leave!) A few expected items were not in the house (no toaster, no blender, missing bedroom window blinds, some burned-out lightbulbs). These were taken care of, some by me and some by property management. The laundry room had mouse activity, this was also addressed a few days after notifying management, however nobody ever cleaned up the rodent poop that was on the counters and floor. The living room lighting was a bit dim, so the house always felt dark. The front yard, back yard, and side patio lacked maintenance and were a bit ragged. Overall it was a good experience, however for the money I was hoping for more. A solid 7 out of 10, with potential to improve.
